Registration is as easy as 1-2-3! Just follow the steps below! Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by August 1, 2026, to attend Kindergarten this year.

WHAT FORMS DO I NEED TO UPLOAD?
For all students who attended Steele ES last year, the 2025-2026 school year, you will need to have a scanned or electronic copy of your proof of residency (this will need to be uploaded or emailed) to complete your registration below.
Need Proof of Address but don't have a scanner? You can access online statements for your water, gas, electric, etc. bills by logging into the company websites. Just download a recent statement to your computer/tablet.
For all students new to Steele Elementary School (Including all incoming kindergartners), you will need to have a copy of your proof of your current residency (utility bill), copy/photo of parent driver's license/ID, child's birth certificate/passport, and child's immunization records. The office can make copies of the original of these documents.
If you are new to the Clark County School District, you must also provide these additional items:
For proof of your child's identity, please upload ONE of the following.

For proof of immunizations, you must have records indicating that your child has had, or at least started, this series of immunizations:

5 DPT shots *

4 Polio shots *

2 MMR shots

2 Hepatitis A shots

3 Hepatitis B shots

2 Chickenpox (Varicella) shots or doctor's note with date that your child contracted Chickenpox.
* Note: One dose of DPT and polio must be on or after the child's fourth birthday.
Registration hours are 7:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. daily.

Check your mail
Check your mailbox periodically for classroom assignment letters that will be sent home in late July.
Your child will be able to visit the school during our Meet the Teacher event in August.
